Aviva Corporate seminar
On June 1st 2009 Master Wong was invited to teach basic Tai Chi and Chi Kung breathing exercises to the staff at the London head offices of Aviva (Formerly Norwich union).
These exercises are great for joints, balance and coordination. Tai Chi is proven to improve circulation, increase energy levels and is great stress relief. What better way to rejuvenate your employees!
