Send in a video of your self doing 3 different energy drills. Punch drill, elbow drill and lap sau drill as shown in the video.

Guild line for your video entry.

On the beginning of your video we would like a quick profile interview of your self. Because you need a partner to work with to enter, one video can enter up to 2 people. So we will need an interview of both of you if this is the case. If just one is entering then only one interview is needed.

Please film the interview at half body shot and state the following:

1. Your name
2. Age
3. Where you from (town/ county or state then country)
4. What you want to achieve in your training.

Entry fee is £10 (U.K GBP) per head. All entry fees will be donated to the Master Wong. T.V. This will help them produce more free online content for those a round the world.

Your experience will be documentary filmed on the day and you will get the edited copy of your weekend training with Master Wong. We will also be taking photos on the day too. At the end of your experience Master Wong will present you with a gift pack.

Runner ups: Master Wong will pick 10 runners up and they either win a T-shirt, DVDs, downloads and online course.

Terms and condition

1. Make sure you state clearly which drill you are doing before you start showing your technique.
2. Try and keep your video no more then 5 minutes long.
3. Once you have filmed your entry video, post it on to youtube and send us the link.
4. Entry fees must be paid before videos will be viewed to Master Wong and his team. Once you have made the payment, E-mail us your details: name, address, Telephone number and attach the link of your video.
5. There will only be 2 winners for the 1^st prize. If both people in one video have entered it doesn’t necessary mean that both have one. We will get contact with the winner directly.
6. Runners up will be informed.
7. Winners cannot use their own camera for any filming or photos on the day, as Master Wong will provide the footage of your experience in a professional way.
8. The prize does not include travelling fees. So if you are coming from a far distance we are not responsible for your flights or transportation fee. We only do pick ups from train station. If you are flying in from abroad, transportation for pick up and drop back to the airport is available at a cost. Fee will depend on which airport you arrive at.
9. The Winner’s will have to arrive in Ipswich on the Friday for that weekend training. You will get picked up on the Saturday morning for the training. Accommodation will be for 2-3 nights depending on the winner’s decision.
